* sudden, severe onset of abdominal pain
* vomiting blood

* bloody diarrhea

* neck, chest, or shoulder pain

* rigid (hard) and tender abdomen

* not able to have a bowel movement, especially with vomiting

* pain between shoulder blades

* dizziness

* weakness

* sweating

* confusion
